These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any quotation, order or supply arrangement made with Unitech Engineering. By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
1. About Unitech
Unitech Engineering is a manufacturer of panel meters, protection relays, instrument transformers, DC shunts, control transformers and IoT EMS/SCADA systems, and an authorised distributor for select third-party electrical brands, based in New Delhi, India, operating since 1985.
2. Use of this website
Content on this website — text, product descriptions, diagrams and the downloadable catalogue — is provided for general information about our products and capabilities. It does not constitute a binding offer to sell. Specifications, images and the single-line diagram are illustrative and may vary from the exact product supplied.
3. Quotations and orders
- Prices, ratios, dimensions and lead times quoted are indicative until confirmed in a formal quotation or order acknowledgement.
- Custom products (ratios, VA ratings, enclosures, protocols) are manufactured to the specification confirmed in writing by the customer; errors in customer-supplied drawings are not our responsibility.
- Orders are confirmed only upon our written acknowledgement, and are subject to the payment and delivery terms stated in that acknowledgement.
4. Warranty
Products are tested for accuracy, dielectric strength and thermal stability before dispatch. Warranty terms and duration are as stated on the specific quotation, invoice or product datasheet, and cover manufacturing defects under normal use only — not damage from misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification or conditions outside the rated specification.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, layout, diagrams and our own product photography, is the property of Unitech Engineering unless otherwise noted. Third-party brand logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to indicate an authorised distribution relationship.
6. Exports and compliance
Unitech Engineering is registered with EEPC India and FIEO. Export orders are subject to applicable Indian export regulations and the import regulations of the destination country, which remain the customer's responsibility to verify.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Unitech Engineering is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from products supplied, beyond the value of the specific order in question.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
